ModulaTech is not a contractor, architect, engineer, service provider, or party to agreements formed between clients and professionals.

3. No Endorsement, Verification, or Guarantee

Any verified, featured, or top-rated designation is informational only and does not create a representation, warranty, or guarantee of business performance.

• We do not verify the legality, safety, quality, or outcome of any services unless a specific verification badge expressly says so.
• We do not guarantee that any client will contact, hire, or pay a professional.

4. Subscription and Advertising Services

The platform may offer subscription-based plans such as Starter, Growth, or Pro that provide visibility, profile placement, and marketing exposure.

5. Leads and Paid Opportunities

Leads, inquiries, or project opportunities may be offered separately from subscription-based advertising services and may be subject to additional pricing or agreements.

ModulaTech makes no representation regarding lead quality, conversion, project value, or client intent. You assume all risk in pursuing any opportunity.

6. Independent Relationship

Professionals are independent businesses and not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of ModulaTech. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, franchise, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship.

7. Edit Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all profile content, claims, service descriptions, and uploaded media.
• You must ensure the information you publish is lawful, accurate, and not misleading.
• You must have all rights and permissions necessary for submitted content and images.

8. No Liability for Client Claims or Client Conduct

Clients are independent third parties. ModulaTech is not liable for their conduct, statements, disputes, nonpayment, cancellations, or safety issues.

9. No Financial Responsibility

ModulaTech is not responsible for chargebacks, client defaults, refunds, business losses, or any downstream financial dispute arising from a lead, project, or client relationship initiated through the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ModulaTech and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your services, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

12. No Warranty

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific level of performance, placement, discovery, or outcome from use of the platform.

13. Third-Party Content and Reviews

Profiles may include links to third-party review sources, websites, and integrations. ModulaTech does not control or assume responsibility for third-party content, ratings, APIs, policies, or outages.

14. Platform Availability and Force Majeure

Platform availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, vendor failures, security incidents, acts of nature, government action, or other events outside our reasonable control.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created legal risk, misused the platform, or posed a security or trust concern.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the ModulaTech entity contracting with you, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

18. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the applicable privacy policy, cookie policy, plan terms, and any signed business agreement, form the entire agreement between you and ModulaTech for Business regarding platform access and use.
