3. AI Data Usage & Training

• Improvement & Optimization: Project data may be processed to improve AI-driven spatial recognition, design generation, and system accuracy.
• Ownership & Learning Models: Users retain ownership of their individual projects and files. However, anonymized and aggregated data-derived patterns, insights, and model learnings become part of ModulaTech's proprietary AI systems and cannot be isolated or removed once integrated.

4. Data Sharing

We may share data only as necessary for platform functionality:

• Contractors & Professionals: If you use the Marketplace, relevant project data is shared with the professional you select.
• Sub-Processors: We rely on third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, customer support tooling, payments, and AI-assisted product features. We share only the information reasonably required for those services.
• Merchants & Vendors: When you choose to visit a vendor, marketplace, or supplier listing, limited referral or session information may be shared to support that visit. Vendor privacy practices remain subject to their own policies.

5. Marketplace & Third-Party Services Disclaimer

ModulaTech provides a marketplace to help users connect with independent contractors and service providers.

• ModulaTech is not a party to any agreement between users and contractors.
• We do not guarantee pricing, availability, timelines, workmanship, permits, or renovation outcomes.
• All renovation, construction, or installation services are performed solely by third parties at the user's discretion and risk.

6. Data Accuracy, Measurements & Design Disclaimer

All designs, 3D models, measurements, plans, PDFs, and generated outputs are based on data supplied by the user.

• Users are responsible for verifying all dimensions, specifications, and compatibility before ordering materials or commencing construction.
• ModulaTech is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements, uploaded plans, or assumptions.
• Contractors and users must independently validate all outputs prior to execution.

7. Data Security & Storage

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and project information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitored cloud infrastructure. No system is completely immune from risk, and users should avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for the requested workflow.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws. Anonymized data used for AI training may be retained indefinitely.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember project preferences, measure product usage, and improve support experiences. Users may manage or disable cookies through browser settings, though some platform functions may become limited.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
