Plan · Layout suggestions
Ask Modula for layouts that fit the room you drew. Every option already keeps the clearances, door swings and windows in mind. Then a live design check watches your own layout for the things that fail inspections and annoy clients.

How it works
Walls, the door and the windows are enough. When the plan shows existing plumbing, the suggested sink stays on that wall.
Modula offers the layouts that really fit: one-wall, galley, L or U kitchens, with or without an island, and the bathroom arrangements the room allows.
Each option lists its counter run, wall cabinets and work triangle. Apply one in a single, undoable step, then edit freely.
As you move things, the check flags landing areas, aisles, hood heights, door clearances and objects under a soffit or inside a column.
Kitchens
One-wall, galley, L-shape and U-shape, plus one-wall, L and U with an island. Options that would block a door, cover a window with tall cabinets or squeeze an aisle are never offered.
Bathrooms
Tub, toilet and vanity on one wall, on two walls, or opposite each other, and the shower versions of each. Primary baths and powder rooms get their own options.
