Price tracking
Prices that stay current without anyone checking.
A scheduled job re-reads each store page and keeps the listed price and stock up to date: appliances every 2 days, fixtures and lighting weekly, tile and flooring every 2 weeks, paint and countertops monthly. Big jumps are held for review before they are published.
